Are you job hunting or considering a master’s degree? And do you feel uncertainty towards the future? Or did you experience adversity, like rejection for a job application? In this online workshop, you’ll learn to recognise and reinforce your resilience. You’ll get to try 3 different ways to deal with setbacks: the stories you tell yourself, the power of emotions and flexible thinking.
Registration is possible from 7 weeks up to 2 days in advance.

This information session is free of charge. You can register when you currently study at the UvA, or if you graduated 1 year ago at most. After registration, you’ll receive specific information about logging in, preparation if needed, etc.
