Gain insight in your personality, work values and competences

Are you exploring your future career? Or do you want to be able to present yourself well on paper or in a job interview?

At the moment we have the following free tests for you which can help you start your orientation.We are working on a new online test platform and hope to be able to offer more tests as soon as possible.

  • 1. Personality Tests

    Big 5

    The test is based on the Big 5 personality theory. The Big 5 personality theory is the most widely used and best researched personality theory, in short, scientifically valid.

    The test gives you feedback on five basic dimensions of your personality: openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, altruism and neuroticism (OCEAN). There are no bad scores. You can use the results, for example, to find a work environment that suits you and it can help you present yourself. Your personality traits remain relatively stable throughout your life, but some may change or shift over time.

    However, many companies also use more 'popular' tests, such as the DISC-test and the MBTI-test, whose scientific reliability and validity are less established.

    DISC test

    The DISC test allows you to quickly determine your DISC type and your personal DISC profile. Find out how the DISC factors, Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance explain your behavior towards others and the daily things you do.

    Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

    Another regularly used personality test is the MBTI, which distinguishes between sixteen personality types and is based on theories of Carl Gustav Jung. The MBTI uses 4 dimensions: introvert/extravert, thinking/feeling, sensing/intuition and judging/perceiving.
